  • Deltakeren må anses som kvalifisert for radiell cystektomi (RC) av sin onkolog og/eller urolog, og må godta å gjennomgå radiell cystektomi (RC) etter fullført neoadjuvant terapi.
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) ytelsesstatus 0 eller 1

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Klinisk bevis på positiv(e) lymfeknute(r) (LN) (≥ 10 mm i kort akse) eller metastatisk blærekreft
  • Tidligere systemisk terapi, strålebehandling eller kirurgi for blærekreft annet enn trans urethral reseksjon av blæretumor (TURBT) eller biopsier er heller ikke tillatt
