Criterios de inclusión:

  1. Quienes acepten participar en el estudio y firmen el consentimiento informado;
  2. Diagnóstico de diabetes mellitus tipo 1 (ADA2024);
  3. Edad de 18 a 65 años;
  4. Dependiendo de la terapia con insulina exógena (ISCI), el plan de tratamiento permanece sin cambios dentro de 2 meses (el tipo de insulina no se puede cambiar y la dosis se puede ajustar de acuerdo con la glucosa plasmática);
  5. Índice de masa corporal (IMC) de 18~24 kg/m2;
