Description détaillée
Les patients BMS seront classés en type primaire et type secondaire en fonction des antécédents cliniques et des examens de laboratoire des patients. Le BMS secondaire ne comprend que les carences nutritionnelles, telles que la vitamine B12, le folate, le fer, le zinc. Au début, les patients BMS primaires sont traités avec 0,5 à 1 mg de clonazépam tous les jours avant de dormir pendant 8 semaines. Les patients atteints de SMB secondaire sont traités avec de la vitamine B12, du folate, du fer et du zinc en fonction de l'état de carence nutritionnelle du patient. Les patients sans amélioration ou peu d'amélioration après la première étape de la prise en charge de la médecine occidentale seront organisés pour recevoir une thérapie de médecine traditionnelle chinoise (MTC). Tous les patients recevront le modèle TCM, y compris le médecin TCM, le système de diagnostic automatique de la langue (ATDS) et le questionnaire constitutionnel du corps (BCQ), les évaluations.
Les résultats de cette étude devraient permettre de comprendre si le traitement adjuvant par la MTC du BMS peut améliorer l'efficacité du traitement. Les chercheurs comprendront si le modèle de constitution peut être un indicateur prédictif d'efficacité pour le BMS occidental. Les chercheurs trouveront un indicateur diagnostique pour le modèle TCM et l'appliqueront à l'évaluation du pronostic des patients atteints de SMB.

Critère d'intégration:
- Participants ayant signé le consentement éclairé
- Le diagnostic clinique était un patient BMS de type primaire ou secondaire
- ≥ 20 ans
- Femme
- Disposé à suivre la médecine traditionnelle chinoise
Critère d'exclusion:
- Antécédents de prise d'un inhibiteur de l'enzyme de conversion de l'angiotensine (IECA)
- Maladie auto-immune
- Mauvaise fonction rénale
- Refus de prendre la médecine traditionnelle chinoise
- Homme
- Participants qui ont été traités par MTC ou acupuncture dans un délai d'un mois
- Participants qui ont été traités avec des médicaments pour le syndrome de la bouche brûlante

GPE est défini comme le changement d'amélioration des symptômes par rapport à la ligne de base, 1 = pire ; 2=pas de différence ; 3 = légère amélioration ; 4=beaucoup d'amélioration ; 5=totalement amélioré. Le répondeur est défini comme étant le sujet survenant au moins un des événements efficaces définis : (1) GPE ≥ 2 après traitement pour sensation de brûlure ; (2) GPE ≥2 après traitement pour le sommeil ; (3) GPE ≥2 après traitement de la bouche sèche ; (4) GPE ≥2 après traitement pour modification du goût. (5) GPE ≥2 après traitement pour son autre inconfort. |
