Gedetailleerde beschrijving
BMS-patiënten zullen worden geclassificeerd in het primaire type en het secundaire type volgens de klinische geschiedenis van de patiënt en laboratoriumonderzoeken. Het secundaire BMS omvat alleen voedingstekorten, zoals vitamine B12, foliumzuur, ijzer, zink. In het begin worden de primaire BVK-patiënten behandeld met 0,5~1 mg clonazepam elke dag voor het slapengaan gedurende 8 weken. De secundaire BVK-patiënten worden behandeld met vitamine B12, foliumzuur, ijzer en zink volgens de voedingsdeficiëntiestatus van de patiënt. Patiënten bij wie geen verbetering of weinig verbetering optreedt na de eerste fase van de westerse geneeskunde, zullen worden behandeld voor traditionele Chinese geneeskunde (TCG). Alle patiënten zullen het TCM-model ontvangen, inclusief TCM-arts, automatisch tongdiagnostisch systeem (ATDS) en lichaamsconstitutionele vragenlijst (BCQ), evaluaties.
De resultaten van deze studie zullen naar verwachting inzicht geven in de vraag of adjuvante TCM-behandeling van BVK de effectiviteit van de behandeling kan verbeteren. De onderzoekers zullen begrijpen of het constitutiepatroon een voorspellende indicator kan zijn voor werkzaamheid voor westerse BVK. De onderzoekers zullen een diagnostische indicator vinden voor het TCM-model en deze toepassen op de beoordeling van de prognose van BVK-patiënten.

- De klinische diagnose was BMS-patiënt van het primaire of secundaire type
- ≥ 20 jaar oud
- Vrouwelijk
- Bereid om Traditionele Chinese Geneeskunde te volgen
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Geschiedenis van het nemen van een angiotensine-converterende enzymremmer (ACEI).
- Auto immuunziekte
- Slechte nierfunctie
- Niet bereid om traditionele Chinese geneeskunde te nemen
- Mannelijk
- Deelnemers die binnen een maand zijn behandeld met TCM of Acupunctuur
- Deelnemers die zijn behandeld met medicijnen voor het brandende mondsyndroom
