Ritmikus hallási stimuláció optimalizálása Parkinson-kór járásjavítása érdekében – BeatPark tanulmány (BeatPark)
Ritmikus hallási stimuláció optimalizálása Parkinson-kórban a járás javítására
Klinikai kutatások igazolják a ritmikus hallási stimuláció (RAS) jótékony hatását a Parkinson-kór (PD) térbeli-időbeli járási jellemzőire.
Ennek ellenére továbbra sem világos, hogy mely hallási információs paraméterek (pl. komplexitás, időbeli szabályosság vagy a járáshoz való alkalmazkodóképesség) maximalizálják a RAS hatékonyságát.
Célkitűzések: A RAS jótékony hatásának értékelése a tér-időbeli járásjellemzőkre járászavarban szenvedő PD betegeknél az alábbiak szerint:
- RAS összetettsége (pl. metronóm, amplitúdómodulált zaj, zene)
- RAS variabilitás (azaz rögzített, véletlenszerű, félig véletlenszerű)
- A RAS valós időben alkalmazkodott a járáshoz
Változékonysági vizsgálat:
A RAS variabilitás (azaz rögzített, véletlenszerű, félvéletlen) hatásának tanulmányozása 20 PD-s betegen és 20 egészséges kontrollon a térbeli-időbeli járásjellemzőkre metronóm, amplitúdózaj és zene segítségével.
Alkalmazkodóképességi vizsgálat A RAS alkalmazkodóképességének (azaz rögzített, véletlenszerű, valós időben a járáshoz igazodó) hatásának tanulmányozása 20 PD-beteg és 20 egészséges kontroll személy térbeli-időbeli járási jellemzőire metronóm, amplitúdózaj és zene segítségével.
