Optimalisatie van ritmische auditieve stimulatie voor verbetering van het looppatroon bij Parkinson
De gunstige effecten van ritmische auditieve stimulatie (RAS) op spatio-temporele gangkarakteristieken bij de ziekte van Parkinson (PD) worden bevestigd door klinisch onderzoek.
Desalniettemin is het nog steeds onduidelijk welke auditieve informatieparameters (d.w.z. complexiteit, temporele regelmaat of aanpassingsvermogen aan het gangpatroon) de effectiviteit van RAS maximaliseren.
Doelstellingen: Het evalueren van de gunstige effecten van RAS op spatio-temporele gangkarakteristieken bij PD-patiënten met loopstoornissen volgens:
- RAS-complexiteit (d.w.z. metronoom, amplitudegemoduleerde ruis, muziek)
- RAS-variabiliteit (d.w.z. vast, willekeurig, semi-willekeurig)
- RAS paste zich in real-time aan het lopen aan
Variabiliteitsstudie:
Het bestuderen van de impact van RAS-variabiliteit (d.w.z. vast, willekeurig, semi-willekeurig) bij 20 PD-patiënten en 20 gezonde controles op spatio-temporele gangkarakteristieken met metronoom, amplituderuis en muziek.
Onderzoek naar aanpassingsvermogenOnderzoek naar de impact van RAS-aanpassingsvermogen (d.w.z. vast, willekeurig, in real-time aangepast aan het looppatroon) bij 20 PD-patiënten en 20 gezonde controles op spatio-temporele loopkarakteristieken met metronoom, amplituderuis en muziek.

Inclusiecriteria:
- 18 jaar
- in staat zijn de onderzoeksdoelen te begrijpen en in te stemmen met deelname
- het toestemmingsformulier te hebben ondertekend
- om ingeschreven te worden bij het socialezekerheidsstelsel
- om de diagnosecriteria van idiopathische PD (Queen Square Brain Bank) te bereiken
- loopstoornis klinisch waarneembaar
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- zwangere of zogende vrouw
- grote kans op niet-naleving
- curatoren, auteurschap of adviseurs tot meerderjarig persoon Specifieke uitsluitingscriteria voor PD-patiënten
- klinische symptomen van het parkinsonsyndroom
- Mini Mental State Examination < 24/30 Specifieke uitsluitingscriteria voor controles
