バックグラウンド:
脂質研究クリニック プログラムは 1971 年に創設されました。 目的は、当時の高リポタンパク質血症の診断技術を評価することでした。さまざまなタイプの高リポタンパク質血症、特に遺伝的に決定された形態の有病率に関する全年齢層のデータを取得する。さまざまなパターンの高リポタンパク質血症におけるアテローム性動脈硬化症の有病率と発生率に関する質の高いデータを収集する。冠状動脈性心疾患の検出、診断、および医療の方法を改善すること。 このプログラムは、人口研究と冠状動脈性一次予防試験で構成されていました。 冠動脈一次予防試験は、データベースの臨床試験の下に記載されています。
