幻肢痛 (PLP) は、切断された肢の痛みを特徴とする神経因性疼痛症候群のグループに属します。 慢性疼痛のリハビリテーションには、痛みの経験のすべての側面を対象とする構造化された治療計画が含まれ、患者がニーズに応じて最大の利益を享受できるようにする包括的な学際的なアプローチを含める必要があります。 他の慢性疼痛症候群と同様に、慢性幻肢痛 (PLP) はしばしば治療が困難です。古典的な薬理学的および外科的治療アプローチに耐性があることを示しています。

包含基準:
- -研究に参加するためのインフォームドコンセントを提供できる。
- 対象は18歳以上です。
- 片側下肢切断。
- -1年以上前の外傷性切断。
- -研究への登録前の少なくとも3か月間の慢性PLPは、少なくとも週に1回定期的に経験しました。
- 前の週の数値評価スケールで少なくとも平均 4 の痛み (NRS; 0 から 10 の範囲)。
- 被験者が何らかの薬を服用している場合、投与量は研究登録前の少なくとも2週間安定している必要があります。
除外基準:
- 妊娠している、または今後2か月以内に妊娠しようとしている。
- -自己申告による過去6か月以内のアルコールまたは薬物乱用の履歴。
経頭蓋直流電流刺激及び経頭蓋磁気刺激に対する以下の禁忌の有無
- 頭部の強磁性金属 (例: プレートまたはピン、弾丸、榴散弾)
- 埋め込まれた首または頭の電子医療機器 (例: 人工内耳、迷走神経刺激装置)
- -切断前の慢性疼痛の病歴。
- 自己申告によると、少なくとも30分間の意識喪失または24時間以上の外傷後記憶喪失をもたらす頭部外傷
- 不安定な病状 (例: コントロール不良の糖尿病、代償不全の心疾患、心不全、慢性閉塞性肺疾患など)。
- -制御されていないてんかんまたは過去1年以内の以前の発作。
- 重度のうつ病に苦しんでいる (Beck Depression Inventory でスコアが 30 を超えると定義されている)*。
- -過去2年間の自己申告による、説明のつかない失神または意識喪失の病歴。
- 自己申告による脳神経外科の病歴。
