母体の精神病理学による精神障害に冒された母親の子孫の可能性のある精神的結果を証明するために(母性パーソナリティ障害の役割についての詳細な評価とともに)、研究者は周産期精神科外来に連続して紹介され入院したすべての女性を募集します2011 年 1 月から 2016 年 12 月まで、妊娠中の精神的苦痛の発現により、部門を停止しました。
最初の予約時に、患者は定期的に DSM-IV 第 2 軸障害の構造化臨床面接 (SCID II)、小児外傷質問票 (CTQ)、世界保健機関の生活の質 (WHOQOL-BREF)、エジンバラ産後うつ病尺度 ( EPDS)、ベックうつ病インタビュー (BDI)、ベック不安インタビュー (BAI)。 Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.) は、臨床診断を確認するために使用されます。
対照サンプルとして、調査員は、妊娠に関連する精神医学的問題や子供との関係に関連する精神医学的問題を持たない外来精神科に所属する妊娠中の患者と、精神的健康問題の病歴のない一般集団の妊娠中の健康な対照を募集しました。 コントロールは、臨床サンプルとしてテストされました。

母親には、子どもの問題行動を特定するために広く使用されている介護者の報告書である、子どもの行動チェックリスト (CBCL) が提供されます。 就学前バージョンの CBCL (CBCL/1½-5) では、通常の状況で子供と交流する親またはその他の人が子供の行動を評価します。 回答者は、子供の行動を 3 段階 (正しくない、ある程度または時々当てはまる、非常に当てはまるまたはしばしば当てはまる) で評価し、現在または過去 2 か月以内に発生した行動を評価するように指示されます。 この描写は、就学前の年齢層における急速な発達と行動の変化が一般的であるという事実のために、他の年齢バージョンの指示とは異なります. 就学前チェックリストには、問題行動に関する 100 の質問が含まれています。 CBCLスコアは、「感情的に反応的」、「不安/抑うつ」、「身体的不満」、「引きこもり」、「睡眠障害」、「注意力の問題」、「攻撃的な行動」、「外在化」、「内在化」、「その他の問題」、「合計」。 |
