为了证明因母亲精神病理学(对母亲人格障碍的作用进行深入评估)而受精神疾病影响的母亲的后代可能出现的心理结果,研究人员招募了所有连续转诊并入住围产期精神病门诊的妇女2011年1月至2016年12月,因孕期精神痛苦表现。
在第一次预约期间,患者通常接受 DSM-IV 轴 II 障碍的结构化临床访谈 (SCID II)、儿童创伤问卷 (CTQ)、世界卫生组织生活质量工具 (WHOQOL-BREF)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表 ( EPDS)、贝克抑郁访谈 (BDI) 和贝克焦虑访谈 (BAI)。 迷你国际神经精神病学访谈 (M.I.N.I.) 用于确认临床诊断。
作为对照样本,研究人员招募了属于门诊精神科的怀孕患者,这些患者没有与怀孕相关的精神问题,也没有与他们的孩子和普通人群中怀孕的健康对照者的关系,没有精神健康问题的历史。 对照作为临床样品进行测试。
