포함 기준:
다음과 같은 경우 피험자가 포함됩니다.
- 외과 의사당 1차 발목 전치환술(TAR)에 대한 자격이 있으며 다음 중 하나에 대한 진단이 있습니다. 1차 관절염(예: 퇴행성 질환), 이차성 관절염(예: 외상 후, 무혈성 괴사(거골의 최소 2/3가 보존된 경우), 또는 발목의 전신성 관절염(예: 류마티스 관절염, 혈색소침착증).
- 제품 적응증을 기반으로 하고 기형, 안정성, 골질, 연조직 외피 및 신경혈관 상태를 고려한 연구 외과의에 따라 Cadence™ Total Ankle System을 사용한 TAR에 적합합니다.
- 정보에 입각한 동의서(또는 해당되는 경우 정보 서한 및 데이터 전송 승인 양식)에 설명된 대로 예정된 후속 방문, 평가 및 설문지를 기꺼이 완료할 수 있습니다.
제외 기준:
피험자는 다음과 같은 경우 연구에서 제외됩니다.
- 병적 비만(체질량 지수(BMI) > 40 또는 BMI 35 - 40으로 정의되며 체중으로 인해 심각한 의학적 문제가 발생하거나 악화됨).
- 영향을 받는 사지를 손상시킬 수 있는 다음 조건 중 하나가 있습니다: 복사 운동을 동반한 발목 관절고정술, 심한 신경학적(샤르코 관절병증) 또는 혈관 질환, 근육 조직 손실 또는 신경근 손상.
- 보철 관절에 영향을 줄 수 있는 활동성 국소/전신 감염이 있거나 최근 감염 병력이 있습니다.
- 적절한 상처 치유를 저해할 수 있는 상태(예: 불량한 연조직 외피)가 있습니다.
- 골질을 손상시킬 수 있는 대사 장애 또는 질병(예: 관절만곡증 등), 생리학적 또는 해부학적 기형 및/또는 악성/국소 골종양.
- 부적절한 신경근 상태(예: 이전 마비, 중증 신경병증)가 있습니다.
