상세 설명
장기 금욕의 바람직한 결과를 제공하기 위한 치료 중재를 위해서는 지속적인 치료 접근 방식의 효과를 향상시키는 전략을 개발하는 것이 중요합니다. 우리는 환자의 애프터 케어 출석과 각성제 사용의 지속적인 금욕을 촉진하기 위한 전략으로 상담사가 제공하는 전화 지원의 네 가지 모델에 대한 전향적 무작위 비교를 수행할 계획입니다. 이를 위해 구조화된 외래 자극제 남용 치료 프로그램의 집중 단계를 완료한 환자를 위한 4가지 저비용 전화 지원 프로토콜의 효능을 개발하고 비교할 것입니다. 각성제 남용 치료의 매트릭스 외래 환자 모델을 4개월 동안 완료한 약 500명의 참가자는 4개의 상담 그룹(그룹당 n=100) 중 하나에 무작위로 배정됩니다. (1) 비구조적/비지시적, (2) 구조적/비지시적 , (3) 비구조적/지시적, 또는 (4) 구조적/지시적 전화 상담, 또는 (5) 총 표본 크기 500에 대해 Matrix 애프터케어에 대한 표준 의뢰로 구성된 통제 그룹. 두 가지 구조화된 조건은 Farabee 등이 식별한 행동 "프롬프트"를 기반으로 합니다.
