Gedetailleerde beschrijving
Het PCSK9-niveau gemeten voor en na het hartrevalidatieprogramma (ongeveer 3-4 weken), en vergeleken tussen twee groepen. De ELISA-methode zal worden gebruikt om het plasma PCSK9-niveau te meten.
Weerstandstraining zal worden gegeven door een professionele trainer in het gymnasium van het National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita onder toezicht van cardiologen, volgens de regels van de American College of Sports Medicine-richtlijn met betrekking tot lichaamsbeweging na een cardiale gebeurtenis.

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- post electieve coronaire bypassoperatie
- > 18 jaar oud
- teken geïnformeerde toestemming
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- contra-indicaties van weerstandstraining (instabiele angina, ongecontroleerde bloeddruk (systolisch > 160 mmHg diastolisch > 100 mmHg), acuut hartfalen, longziekten, kwaadaardige aritmie)
- musculoskeletale pijn, visuele analoge schaal >3
- na een operatie aan een aangeboren hartaandoening
- post-electieve coronaire bypassoperatie met defecte kleppen (al dan niet geopereerd)

Patiënten na coronaire bypassoperatie die een conventioneel hartrevalidatieprogramma ondergaan (alleen aerobe training)

aërobe oefening bestaat uit opwarmsessie, loopbandoefening (ongeveer 20-30 minuten) en afsluitende sessie (voor alle sessies ongeveer 1 uur)

Experimenteel: Interventie groep
Patiënten na coronaire bypassoperatie die een conventioneel hartrevalidatieprogramma ondergaan plus weerstandstraining (ook aerobe en weerstandstraining)

aërobe oefening bestaat uit opwarmsessie, loopbandoefening (ongeveer 20-30 minuten) en afsluitende sessie (voor alle sessies ongeveer 1 uur)
Weerstandstraining bestaat uit oefeningen voor de onderste en bovenste ledematen.
We richten ons op de te trainen biceps en hamstring.
Eén sessie duurde ongeveer 30 minuten.
