Accepteert gezonde vrijwilligers
Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- volwassenen van 18-65 jaar
- klinische diagnose van diabetes type 1 minimaal één jaar
- gerapporteerde gebruikelijke slaapvariabiliteit (1 uur/week of meer) of slaapduur minder dan 6,5 uur/nacht tijdens werk- of doordeweekse dagen (bevestigd met actigrafie slaapwacht)
- een verlangen om de slaap te verbeteren
- bezit een smartphone
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- slapeloosheid symptomen
- met een hoog risico op obstructieve slaapapneu
- ernstige hypoglykemie-episode in de afgelopen 6 maanden (bijv. bewustzijnsverlies)
- A1C groter dan 10%
- wisselende ploegendienst of nachtdienst
- gebruik van slaapmedicatie/hulpmiddelen
- nierinsufficiëntie (geschatte glomerulaire filtratiesnelheid < 45 ml/min)
- significante huidige medische morbiditeiten (zoals hartfalen, cirrose, chronische obstructieve longziekte waarvoor zuurstof nodig is, actieve behandeling van kanker, depressie, voorgeschiedenis van een beroerte met neurologische gebreken
- borstvoeding, zwanger of van plan om zwanger te worden
