健康ボランティアの受け入れ
説明
包含基準:
- 18~65歳の成人
- 1型糖尿病の臨床診断 最低1年
- 勤務中または平日の習慣的な睡眠変動(1 時間/週以上)または睡眠時間が 6.5 時間/夜未満であると報告されている(アクティグラフィ睡眠時計で確認)
- 睡眠を改善したいという欲求
- スマートフォンを所有している
除外基準:
- 不眠症の症状
- 閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸症候群のリスクが高い
- 過去 6 か月間の重度の低血糖エピソード (例: 意識を失う)
- A1Cが10%以上
- 交代勤務または夜勤
- 睡眠薬/補助剤の使用
- 腎機能障害 (推定糸球体濾過率 < 45 ml/分)
- 重要な現在の医学的罹患率(心不全、肝硬変、酸素を必要とする慢性閉塞性肺疾患、がんの積極的な治療、うつ病、神経学的欠損を伴う脳卒中の病歴など)
- 授乳中、妊娠中、または妊娠を計画中
