MentalPlus® voor beoordeling en herstel van cognitieve functies na remissie van symptomen van COVID-19
Deze studie evalueert en rehabiliteert de cognitieve functies van aandacht, geheugen, visuele perceptie, taal en uitvoerende macht door het mentalePlus® digitale spel van COVID-19 overlevende patiënten na remissie van symptomen.

Onderwerpen die COVID-19 hebben opgelopen en remissie van de symptomen vertonen, zullen worden bestudeerd, met verschillende leeftijdsgroepen, analfabeet of geletterd, van beide geslachten en met verschillende sociaal-demografische kenmerken.
De vrijwilligers zullen worden onderworpen aan de toepassing van MentalPlus® om cognitieve functies te beoordelen en SF-8® om de kwaliteit van leven te beoordelen.

Deelname Criteria

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Patiënten getroffen door COVID-19 met of zonder comorbiditeit voor hart- en vaatziekten, diabetes mellitus, hypertensie, kanker, astma in de leeftijd tussen 8 en 88 jaar van beide geslachten en analfabeten of geletterden.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Handicap voor het gebruik van het instrument: beperking van de mobiliteit van de bovenste ledematen, aanwezigheid van een aanzienlijke mentale retardatie die het begrip van de instructies voor het gebruik van MentalPlus® in gevaar brengt, aanzienlijke vermindering van de gezichtsscherpte.

Experimenteel: Covid-19 Studiegroep
De Studiegroep zal de groep zijn die nalatig was voor COVID-19 en een aantal van de genoemde comorbiditeiten heeft, zoals astma, hart- en vaatziekten en kanker, zelfs als deze onder controle worden gehouden door medicijnen of behandelingen.

Cognitieve beoordeling en revalidatie zullen worden uitgevoerd bij vrijwilligers die zijn genezen van COVID-19.

Actieve vergelijker: Covid-19 controlegroep
De controlegroep is de groep met remissieve patiënten zonder de bovengenoemde comorbiditeiten.
We zullen beoordelen of comorbiditeiten de verslechtering van cognitieve functies kunnen verergeren na de remissie van de symptomen van COVID-19.

Beoordeling van cognitieve functies na COVID-19

De evaluatie van cognitieve functies door het digitale spel MentalPlus® (een schaal van assessment en cognitieve revalidatie) vindt als volgt plaats: Scores variëren van 0 [Niet verbeterd] tot 10 [volledig verbeterd] op cognitieve functies geheugen, aandacht en executieve na training met schaal.
Dit spel is al gevalideerd en gestandaardiseerd voor de wereldbevolking.
De test duurt 25 minuten om te spelen, is speels en spreekt voor zich.
Het heeft twaalf thema's met cognitieve functies: korte- en langetermijngeheugen; selectieve, afwisselende en geconcentreerde aandacht, remmende controle van uitvoerende functies en visuele waarneming.
MentalPlus® is volledig gerandomiseerd in zijn fasen en thema's.
Daarom kan het spel worden gebruikt voor cognitieve beoordeling met een enkel thema (25 minuten uitvoering) of revalidatie op 10 extra thema's en een laatste thema voor herbeoordeling van cognitieve functies.

Revalidatie van cognitieve functies na COVID-19
Tijdsspanne: 1 jaar
|
Rehabilitatie van cognitieve functies: executieve, aandacht, geheugen, visuele perceptie, taal, na de remissie van de symptomen van COVID-19.
MentalPlus® zal worden gebruikt om de cognitieve functies te herstellen van patiënten met disfuncties na COVID-19.
De patiënt speelt om de andere dag (om de andere dag) een thema van het spel en wordt gerehabiliteerd via de 10 thema's.
Aan het einde van deze 10 thema's wordt de patiënt opnieuw beoordeeld aan de hand van het laatste thema van het spel, bestaande uit in totaal 12 thema's.
Elk thema duurt elk 25 minuten.
