- Pacjenci z dodatnim wynikiem VRE z kolonizacją przewodu pokarmowego
Kryteria wyłączenia:
- Wiek poniżej 18 lat
- Pacjenci po przeszczepie szpiku kostnego
- Pacjenci z ekstremalnie krótkim jelitem (pozostało mniej niż 100 cm jelita cienkiego)
- Pacjenci z aktywną infekcją VRE, ale bez kolonizacji przewodu pokarmowego
- Pacjenci nie mogą jeść i nie mają dostępu do karmienia
- Pacjenci nieposiadający pełnomocnictwa do wyrażenia zgody, jeśli nie są w stanie tego zrobić
