Comparação de dois tipos de talas para tratar lesões por luxação dentária
Comparação de compósitos bulk-fill flow e packable na imobilização de lesões por luxação: um estudo de controle randomizado
Os objetivos deste ensaio clínico randomizado (RCT) foram:
- Comparar a eficiência da imobilização por dois materiais compósitos em termos de retenção de material
- Para comparar a dimensão do ponto adesivo entre os dois grupos
- Para comparar o tempo gasto para colocar e remover a tala
- Avaliar a eficácia do bulkfill flow na redução da mobilidade de dentes luxados.

Descrição detalhada
Foi realizado um ensaio de controle randomizado de 6 meses. Pacientes com lesões por luxação com idades entre 16 e 50 anos foram convidados a participar do estudo após consentimento informado. Eles foram então designados para qualquer um dos grupos (Grupo 1: Composto Empacotável (PC), Grupo 2: Preenchimento Fluído a Granel) pelo método de loteria. O Periotest foi usado para verificar a mobilidade dos dentes antes da colocação da placa. A imobilização foi realizada com material composto de acordo com a alocação do grupo. O tempo gasto para colocar a tala foi registrado. Imagens de vista frontal de dentes ferulizados foram tiradas com DSLR e transferidas para o Adobe Photoshop versão 22.4.1 para Windows para medir a área de superfície do material restaurador em porcentagem da área total da superfície do dente. Foram dadas instruções pós-operatórias. Após 2 semanas, as leituras do Periotest foram registradas, imediatamente após a remoção da tala. Em ambas as visitas foram registradas 3 leituras por dente. O tempo gasto para remover a tala também foi registrado. Além disso, também foi observada a retenção da tala.
ANÁLISE ESTATÍSTICA:
SPSS versão 26 para janelas foi usado, o tempo médio gasto para aplicar e remover o material e a mobilidade antes e depois da remoção da placa foram comparados usando o teste T de amostras pareadas. O teste de Mann-Whitney comparou a área percentual do material ocupado. Crosstabs avaliaram a retenção de material tala. O nível de significância foi mantido em p ≤0,05.

- Pacientes com dentição permanente com idade entre 16-50 anos
- Qualquer gênero
- Lesões por luxação lateral e extrusiva
Critério de exclusão:
- Pacientes com as seguintes condições foram excluídos
- lesões por intrusão
- fratura de raiz
- Fratura dentoalveolar.
- Pacientes com doenças sistêmicas.
- Pacientes com periodontite
- Hábitos parafuncionais
- Pacientes sem consentimento

Retenção da tala
Prazo: 2 semanas
|
A retenção será medida da seguinte forma: Totalmente aderido: Nenhuma exposição do fio no material compósito e o fio permaneceu aderido ao dente. Parcialmente descolado: as especificações do compósito permaneceram no fio e o fio permaneceu ligado ao dente. Não colado: o fio é exposto à cavidade oral sem compósito e o fio é separado do dente e se move livremente. O resultado será medido como percentual de notificações de casos com condição de interesse em cada grupo. |

Dimensão do ponto adesivo
Prazo: 2 semanas
|
A porcentagem da área ocupada pelo material em relação ao dente será anotada como dimensão do ponto adesivo. O resultado será medido como a porcentagem ocupada pelo material ferulizado da área total do dente, visto que é visível de frente. No nosso caso, a tala de arame é retida pelo compósito Bulkfill ou pelo compósito Packable. Portanto, a porcentagem de área ocupada pelo material esplintado é o desfecho de interesse. |

Mobilidade dentária
Prazo: 2 semanas
|
'Movimento do dente em seu alvéolo resultante de uma força aplicada, geralmente medida em uma escala crescente de 1-3, ou medida pela quantidade de mobilidade horizontal e/ou vertical em milímetros' Os valores do Periotest na avaliação da mobilidade dentária são baseados na escala dada como: Grau 0: -0,8- +09 Grau I: +10- +19 Grau II: +20- +29 Grau III: +30- +50 O resultado será medido como porcentagem de pacientes apresentando grau de mobilidade dentária antes da aplicação da placa e após a remoção da placa. |

Tempo consumido para aplicar e remover a tala
Prazo: 2 semanas
|
Tempo de aplicação: Tempo gasto em minutos desde o início da tala que começa desde a aplicação do ácido até que o último bloco de compósito esteja curado. Tempo de remoção: A quantidade de tempo em minutos para remover o material da imobilização O resultado será medido como o tempo gasto em mm:ss, ou seja, minuto:segundo para aplicar e remover a tala em qualquer um dos grupos. |
