循环系统最显着的变化是妊娠前三个月的心输出量增加。
患有心脏病的妇女在妊娠期间可能会出现严重的并发症,因为她的身体对这种血液动力学超负荷的适应不当,即使那些被认为在早孕期间具有适当功能能力的患者也是如此。
文献中很少有关于局部麻醉剂(含或不含血管收缩剂)用于牙科手术对患有瓣膜病孕妇的心血管变量及其受孕的影响的研究。
在这种短缺的驱使下,我们决定通过评估和分析胎心率 (FHR)、胎动 (FM) 和子宫收缩 (UC) 以及血压 (BP) 和心电图变量,如心率 (HR) 和期前收缩 (ES),在患有风湿性瓣膜疾病的孕妇中,在牙科修复手术期间使用利多卡因进行局部麻醉,有或没有血管收缩剂。

我们使用重复测量的方差分析 (ANOVA) 技术计算样本量,并根据 Vonesh 和 Shork 的表格(15 名患者)在三个不同时期对变量进行分析和多重解释每个组,考虑到相关性,输入下一个值 0,4 的测量值,显着性水平为 5% 并且能够测试 80%)。
所有变量最初都经过描述性分析。

LE e LNE 组的比较没有显示任何显着差异 (P>0.05)。
