到 Loyola Urogynecology 办公室进行门诊手术的患者将被邀请参加。
同意参与的患者将被要求完成术前问卷调查,包括评估他们的手术焦虑程度。
随后,患者将在手术过程中随机接受薰衣草芳香疗法或盐水芳香疗法(安慰剂)。
然后将评估手术后的焦虑水平。

- 接受以下妇科/泌尿妇科办公室程序的女性:阴道镜检查、环形电切除术 (LEEP)、子宫内膜活检、宫内节育器 (IUD) 放置、宫腔镜检查、Nexplanon 取出、膀胱镜检查、尿动力学检查、肉毒杆菌膀胱内注射和经尿道膨胀注射
- 英语会话
- 完成问卷的能力
排除标准:
- 怀孕
- 对薰衣草香味过敏
- 肺部疾病,包括哮喘或慢性肺部疾病
- 嗅觉丧失或与气味有关的问题
- 慢性头痛或偏头痛
- 无法完成问卷调查
