- Age ≥ 18 years
- Renal transplant patient
- Patient converted from an anticalcineurin to belatacept
Exclusion Criteria:
- Opposition to data processing
- Hemoglobin < 9g/dL
- Patient under judicial protection
- Pregnant or breastfeeding woman
