Tämä on maailmanlaajuinen, monikeskus, avoin satunnaistettu ja rekisteröintivaiheen 3 olverembatinibitutkimus: Osa A on satunnaistettu, kontrolloitu osa, jonka tarkoituksena on vertailla olverembatinibin (tutkimushaara) tehoa ja turvallisuutta bosutinibiin (verrokkiryhmä) potilailla, joilla on CML-CP ja joita on aiemmin hoidettu vähintään kahdella tyrosiinikinaasi-inhibiittorilla (TKI).
Osassa B arvioidaan olverembatinibin tehoa ja turvallisuutta KML-CP-potilailla, joilla on T315I-mutaatio.

Sisällyttämiskriteerit:
Potilaiden, jotka voidaan ottaa mukaan tähän tutkimukseen, on täytettävä kaikki seuraavat kriteerit.
- Ikä ≥ 18 vuotta vanha.
- CML-CP:n diagnoosi
- Osa A: Aiemmin käsitelty vähintään kahdella hyväksytyllä TKI:llä Osa B: T315I-mutaatio seulonnassa.
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Groupin (ECOG) suorituskykytila (PS) ≤ 2.
- Kirjallinen tietoinen suostumus, joka on saatu ennen kaikkia seulontatoimenpiteitä.
- Potilaat, joilla on riittävät elintoiminnot
Poissulkemiskriteerit:
Tähän tutkimukseen kelpaavat potilaat eivät saa täyttää mitään seuraavista kriteereistä.
- Vain osa A: T315I-mutaatio milloin tahansa ennen tutkimushoidon aloittamista.
- Aktiivinen infektio, joka vaatii systeemistä lääkehoitoa
- Maha-suolikanavan (GI) toiminnan heikkeneminen tai GI-sairaus, joka voi merkittävästi muuttaa tutkimuslääkkeiden imeytymistä
- Aiempi hoito olverembatinibille tai jollekin sen apuaineelle tai tunnettu/epäilty yliherkkyys olverembatinibille.
- Aiempi hoito bosutinibille tai jollekin sen apuaineelle tai tunnettu/epäilty yliherkkyys sille.
- Raskaana olevat tai imettävät (imettävät) naiset.
