- CML-CP 진단
- 파트 A: 이전에 최소 2개의 승인된 TKI로 치료받은 적이 있음 파트 B: 스크리닝 시 T315I 돌연변이.
- 동부 종양 협력 그룹(ECOG) 성과 상태(PS) ≤ 2.
- 모든 심사 절차 전에 서면 동의를 얻었습니다.
- 적절한 장기 기능을 가진 환자
제외 기준:
본 연구에 적합한 환자는 다음 기준 중 어느 하나도 충족하지 않아야 합니다.
- 파트 A에 한해: 연구 치료 시작 전 언제든지 T315I 돌연변이.
- 전신 약물 치료가 필요한 활동성 감염
- 연구 약물의 흡수를 크게 변화시킬 수 있는 위장(GI) 기능 손상 또는 GI 질환
- 올베렘바티닙 또는 그 부형제에 대한 이전 치료를 받았거나 과민증이 알려진/의심되는 경우.
- 보수티닙 또는 그 부형제에 대한 이전 치료를 받았거나 알려진/의심되는 과민증.
- 임신 또는 수유 중인 여성.
