Jest to globalne, wieloośrodkowe, otwarte, randomizowane i rejestracyjne badanie fazy 3 dotyczące olwerembatynibu: Część A to randomizowana, kontrolowana część, której zadaniem jest porównanie skuteczności i bezpieczeństwa olwerembatynibu (grupa badana) z bosutynibem (grupa kontrolna) w pacjenci z CML-CP, leczeni wcześniej co najmniej dwoma inhibitorami kinazy tyrozynowej (TKI). Część B ma na celu ocenę skuteczności i bezpieczeństwa stosowania olwerembatynibu u pacjentów z CML-CP i mutacją T315I.

Pacjenci kwalifikujący się do włączenia do tego badania muszą spełniać wszystkie poniższe kryteria.

Wiek ≥ 18 lat.
Diagnostyka CML-CP
Część A: Wcześniej leczona co najmniej dwoma zatwierdzonymi TKI. Część B: Mutacja T315I podczas badań przesiewowych.
Stan sprawności Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) (PS) ≤ 2.
Pisemna świadoma zgoda uzyskana przed jakimikolwiek procedurami kontrolnymi.
Pacjenci z prawidłową funkcją narządów

Kryteria wyłączenia:

Pacjenci kwalifikujący się do tego badania nie mogą spełniać żadnego z poniższych kryteriów.

Tylko w przypadku Części A: mutacja T315I w dowolnym momencie przed rozpoczęciem leczenia objętego badaniem.
Aktywna infekcja wymagająca ogólnoustrojowej terapii lekowej
Upośledzenie funkcji przewodu pokarmowego (GI) lub choroba przewodu pokarmowego, która może znacząco zmienić wchłanianie badanych leków
Wcześniejsze leczenie lub znana/podejrzana nadwrażliwość na olverembatinib lub którąkolwiek substancję pomocniczą.
