Descripción detallada
Este es un estudio de fase 3 global, multicéntrico, abierto, aleatorizado y de registro de olverembatinib: la Parte A es una parte controlada aleatoria que está diseñada para comparar la eficacia y seguridad de olverembatinib (brazo de investigación) versus bosutinib (brazo de control) en pacientes con CML-CP, previamente tratados con al menos dos inhibidores de la tirosina quinasa (TKI).
La Parte B es evaluar la eficacia y seguridad de olverembatinib en pacientes con CML-CP con mutación T315I.

Criterios de inclusión:
Los pacientes elegibles para su inclusión en este estudio deben cumplir todos los siguientes criterios.
- Edad ≥ 18 años.
- Diagnóstico de CML-CP
- Parte A: Tratado previamente con al menos dos TKI aprobados. Parte B: Mutación T315I en el momento de la selección.
- Estado funcional (PS) del Grupo Cooperativo de Oncología del Este (ECOG) ≤ 2.
- Consentimiento informado por escrito obtenido antes de cualquier procedimiento de detección.
- Pacientes con funciones orgánicas adecuadas.
Criterio de exclusión:
Los pacientes elegibles para este estudio no deben cumplir ninguno de los siguientes criterios.
- Solo para la Parte A: mutación T315I en cualquier momento antes de comenzar el tratamiento del estudio.
- Infección activa que requiere tratamiento farmacológico sistémico.
- Deterioro de la función gastrointestinal (GI) o enfermedad gastrointestinal que puede alterar significativamente la absorción de los fármacos del estudio.
- Tratamiento previo o hipersensibilidad conocida/sospecha a olverembatinib o cualquiera de sus excipientes.
- Tratamiento previo o hipersensibilidad conocida/sospecha a bosutinib o cualquiera de sus excipientes.
- Mujeres embarazadas o lactantes (lactantes).
