- les patients gravement malades qui avaient reçu au moins une dose d'amiodarone pour traiter ou prévenir la TA pendant leur hospitalisation en USI.
Critère d'exclusion:
- Les patients avec un rythme stimulé ou des dossiers incomplets ont été exclus

L'étude de cohorte a été menée de janvier 2007 à avril 2012 dans l'USI médicale de 18 lits d'un hôpital d'enseignement tertiaire. Les données ont été extraites des dossiers de 80 patients consécutifs gravement malades qui avaient reçu au moins une dose d'amiodarone pour traiter ou prévenir la tachycardie auriculaire pendant leur hospitalisation aux soins intensifs.
