Esaminare l'impatto dei determinanti della salute sull'individuo (ad es.
comportamenti correlati alla salute) e a livello sociale (ad es.
fattori ambientali, politiche relative alla salute, qualità dei sistemi sanitari) sugli esiti sanitari (ad es.
morte, sviluppo di malattie non trasmissibili) in una vasta gamma di contesti di risorse socioeconomiche e sanitarie.
Ulteriori componenti di questo studio esamineranno i fattori genetici per le malattie non trasmissibili.
Questo sarà esaminato sia attraverso una componente trasversale, sia prospetticamente (componente di coorte).

Descrizione dettagliata
- Esaminare la relazione tra influenze sociali e prevalenza di fattori di rischio e malattie croniche non trasmissibili. I determinanti della società sono misurati da un indice di misure da ciascuno dei 4 domini di interesse: ambiente edificato, politica alimentare e nutrizionale, fattori psicosociali/socioeconomici e tabacco.
- Esaminare la relazione tra determinanti sociali e incidenza di eventi di malattie croniche non trasmissibili (ad es. malattie cardiovascolari, cancro) e sui cambiamenti nei tassi di fattori di rischio selezionati (ad es. fumare)
- Esaminare la relazione tra i comportamenti relativi alla salute (ad es. dieta, attività fisica, fumo, alcol) ed esiti sulla salute (ad es. morte, malattie non trasmissibili)
- La qualità dei sistemi sanitari in una vasta gamma di contesti di risorse sanitarie e il modo in cui ciò influisce sui risultati sanitari
- Fattori genetici per le malattie non trasmissibili
