介入プログラム「Obeldicks」は、6 歳から 16 歳の肥満の子供のために開発されました。
この介入は性別と年齢に応じて異なります。
12 か月間の介入は、栄養コース、行動療法、運動療法に基づいています。
この評価により、介入の構造、プロセス、結果の質が損なわれました。
主な結果の尺度は、BMI の標準偏差スコアとしての体重状態の変化です。
さらに、心血管危険因子プロファイル、ホルモン(例:
iGF-I、甲状腺ホルモン、ビタミンDステータス、アディポサイトカイン、GIホルモン、内膜中膜の厚さを1年間の介入の前後に測定します。
これらのホルモンとアディポサイトカインの変化により、これらのホルモンの変化が過体重の原因なのか結果なのかという疑問に答えることができます。
さらに、介入に対する反応を予測するために、参加者の特徴を明らかにするために遺伝子スクリーニングが実行されます。
