비만 아동 및 청소년을 위한 중재 프로그램 "Obeldicks"의 평가
개입 프로그램 "Obeldicks"는 6~16세의 비만 아동을 위해 개발되었습니다.
이 개입은 성별 및 연령에 따라 다릅니다.
12개월 개입은 영양 과정, 행동 요법 및 운동 요법을 기반으로 합니다.
평가는 개입의 구조, 프로세스 및 결과의 품질을 손상시켰습니다.
일차 결과 측정은 BMI의 표준 편차 점수로 체중 상태의 변화입니다.
또한, 심혈관 위험 인자 프로필, 호르몬(예:
iGF-I, 갑상선 호르몬, 비타민 D 상태)아디포사이토카인, GI-호르몬, 내막 중막 두께는 1년 개입 전과 후에 측정됩니다.
이러한 호르몬과 아디포사이토카인의 변화는 이러한 호르몬의 변화가 과체중의 원인인지 또는 결과인지에 대한 질문에 답할 수 있게 합니다.
또한 참여자들이 개입에 대한 반응을 예상할 수 있도록 특성화하기 위해 유전자 선별 검사를 수행합니다.
