提案された研究は、介護者と自閉症の幼児の間の共同注意の相互作用の変化を促進することを目的とした、理論的および経験的に導き出された治療アプローチをテストします。 自閉症の幼児は、指差したり見せたりするなどの共同注意スキルに障害を示します。 共同注意の重要性は、これらのスキルが後の言語発達にとって重要であることを示すデータによって強調されています。 しかし、こうした相互作用やスキルの欠如は、特に介護者に対して、体系的な介入の取り組みの焦点となることはほとんどありませんでした。 さらに、自閉症の幼児に対する現在の介入は、行動に基づいたアプローチであり、セラピスト主導であり、最も機能が低い子供や発達上の最年少の子供が除外されることがよくあります。 したがって、馴染みのある養育者を利用して、発達途上にある幼児のこれらの欠陥をターゲットにすることは、これらの子供にとってより良い言語成果をもたらす可能性があります。

- 現在、既存の介入プログラムに登録されていない

- お子様は、UCLA の早期小児部分入院プログラム (ECPHP) を開始する準備ができている必要があります
除外基準:
- 子供には他の感覚障害や遺伝的障害がない
- 治療開始時にすでに薬を服用している幼児はほとんどいませんが、子供たちは最初から薬を服用しています。 治療開始後に小児が投薬を開始した場合、私たちは考えられる薬の影響に関するすべての情報とデータを保管し、必要に応じて薬の使用を統計的に伝えます。

行動教育戦略がターゲットとなる

保育者は、週に 1 回(各セッション 1 時間)、10 週間にわたって介入者と面談します。保育者は、子どもの発達に関する情報を受け取り、自分の子どもについて質問したり、その情報について話し合う機会が得られます。
