妊娠中のウイルス免疫研究からの私の予備データでは、49 人の妊婦で、不安レベルとサイトカインレベルの間に強い関連性があることがわかりました。 研究者が臨床的交絡因子を制御したところ、これらの関連の一部は消失しましたが、不安スコアとサイトカインのインターロイキン (IL) 6 との間には依然として強い相関関係がありました。
仮説: 不安な妊婦 (周産期不安スクリーニング スケール (PASS) で 21 を超えるスコアで判定) は、妊娠中 (妊娠中期および後期) に炎症誘発性サイトカインが上昇し、妊娠 6 週および妊娠 6 週でさらに上昇し続ける健康な対照と比較した場合の産後数ヶ月。 不安な女性の白血球亜集団分析では、T ヘルパー 1 型 (Th1) 対 T ヘルパー 2 型 (Th2) 細胞の比率が高く、健康な対照よりも周産期全体で単球の活性化が大きいことが示されます。

現在の調査には 2 つの部分があります。 Brain and Behavior Foundation によって資金提供された最初の部分は、周産期不安の免疫および内分泌メカニズムに関する一般的な情報を収集し、次の目的をテストするために設計されました。

私は 200 人の妊婦のグループを募集する予定です (100 人が不安神経症陽性で、100 人が健康な対照者です)。 被験者は、気分および不安症状に関するアンケートに回答し、妊娠中および産後の4回の訪問で参加者の血液を採取します。 2回目の訪問では、参加者は、参加者が反応をどれだけ抑制できるかをテストするために設計されたコンピュータータスクも実行します。 被験者の小さなサブセットは、グループ マインドフルネス介入にも登録されます。 この研究は、次の目的を達成するために設計されています。

- 精神障害の診断および統計マニュアル(DSM)V診断(SCID)のための構造化臨床面接による現在の不安障害の診断、またはDSM-V基準を使用した臨床医の面接による現在の不安障害の診断。
すべての除外基準:
- 多胎妊娠
- 自己免疫疾患または内分泌疾患
