この研究の目的は、健康的な食事と比較して、機能性神経症状障害のある患者の非てんかん性発作の頻度に対するケトン生成食の効果を判断することです。

詳細な説明
この研究は、非てんかん性発作を伴う機能性神経症状障害と診断された 20 人の患者で構成される非盲検ランダム化比較臨床試験で構成され、それぞれ 10 人の患者の 2 つのアームに分布しています。
患者はいずれかのグループにランダムに割り当てられます。 どちらのグループも通常どおり治療を受けます (SSRI および/または精神療法)。 一方のグループにはケトジェニックダイエットが割り当てられ、もう一方のグループには健康的な食事が割り当てられ、両方とも栄養士のチームによって監督されます. 患者は、6週間に達するまで2週間ごとに評価されます。

包含基準:
- 研究所での記録があり、非てんかん性発作を伴う解離性神経症状障害の診断があり、少なくとも臨床的に確立された確実性を持ち、毎月の発作頻度が3を超える患者。
- 上記の特徴を持ち、てんかんを併発しているが、先月てんかん発作を起こしていない患者。
- -上記の特徴を持ち、研究に参加するために書面でインフォームドコンセントを与える患者。
- 食事療法について説明した後、少なくともフォローアップ期間中はそれを実施することが可能であると考える患者。
除外基準:
- 代謝または血行動態が不安定な患者、肝不全、経口経路に耐えられない患者、急性膵炎またはまだ解明されていない催奇形性の影響による妊娠。
- 原発性カルニチン欠乏症、パルミトイルトランスフェラーゼカルニチンIまたはII欠乏症、カルニチントランスロカーゼ欠乏症、ベータ酸化欠陥、ピルビン酸カルボキシラーゼ欠乏症、ポルフィリン症およびその他の脂肪酸輸送および酸化障害などの代謝障害を有する患者。

実験的:ケトジェニックダイエット+従来の治療
栄養チームは、患者がアトキンス型ケトジェニックダイエットを実施するのを支援します.
ダイエットは少なくとも6週間続けなければなりません。
彼らは薬理学的治療を続けることができますが、過去6週間または研究期間中に変更はありません。
食事を確実に遵守するために、尿中ケトン体を週に 2 回測定します。
