포함 기준:
- MRI 수면 연구 또는 MRI 뇌 영상 연구를 위해 마취가 필요한 수면다원검사를 통해 OSA 기록이 있는 환자.
- 피험자는 12개월에서 25세(포함)여야 합니다.
- 피험자(피험자의 나이가 18-25세인 경우) 또는 피험자의 법적 대리인이 연구 참여에 대한 서면 동의서를 제공했습니다.
제외 기준:
- 피험자는 생명을 위협하는 의학적 상태(미국 마취학회 신체 상태 4, 5 또는 6)를 가지고 있습니다. 미국마취학회(ASA) 분류 척도는 신체 상태 또는 환자의 건강한 정도를 측정한 것입니다. 본 연구에서는 건강한 아동(ASA I), 온화하고 잘 조절되는 전신 질환이 있는 아동(ASA II) 또는 전신 질환이 있는 아동을 의미하는 ASA I, II 또는 III으로 정의된 아동에 초점을 맞출 것입니다. 심각하고 통제된 질병(ASA III).

|
IV가 삽입되면 아트로핀 10mcg/kg이 투여됩니다.
프로포폴 2mg/kg의 로딩 선량을 2분에 걸쳐 투여한 후 주사기 펌프를 사용하여 100mcg/kg/분의 속도로 프로포폴을 지속적으로 주입합니다.
