상세 설명
폐쇄성 수면 무호흡증(OSA)은 일반적인 수면 관련 호흡 장애입니다. CPAP는 OSA 환자의 삶의 질을 개선하고 심혈관 사건 발생률을 크게 감소시키는 1차 치료제로 확립되었습니다. 그러나 수술 전후 기간에 CPAP의 효능에 대한 근거는 대체로 부족하다. Brar 등이 실시한 전향적 코호트 연구. 처방된 CPAP 요법의 사용에도 불구하고 OSA 환자의 18%가 수술 후 밤에 저산소 상태가 되었으며 CPAP 치료 OSA 수술 환자의 수술 후 산소 측정 모니터링을 옹호했습니다.
조사관은 OSA가 있는 수술 환자의 수술 후 저산소증 및 기타 합병증을 줄이는 데 있어 CPAP 준수의 효과를 확인하고자 합니다. 이 연구의 결과는 OSA 진단 및 CPAP 처방 이력이 있는 수술 환자의 CPAP 비순응률과 CPAP 비순응이 수술 후 결과, 특히 산소 포화도에 미치는 영향에 대한 귀중한 데이터를 제공할 것입니다.
이 연구에서, CPAP 처방이 있든 없든 OSA로 진단된 모든 수술 환자는 연구 등록에 대한 정보에 입각한 동의를 얻기 위해 접근할 것입니다. 모든 연구 참가자는 수술 전 하룻밤 동안 집에서 손목 시계 맥박 산소 측정기를 사용하여 병원에서 수술 후 처음 3일 밤 동안 O2 불포화 상태를 모니터링합니다.
등록된 피험자는 자신의 CPAP 장치(병원 정책에 따라 병원 엔지니어링 부서에서 인증)와 마스크를 병원에 가져옵니다. CPAP 처방이 없는 OSA 환자는 OSA의 중증도를 결정하고 CPAP 처방이 없는 근거를 확인하기 위해 수술 전후에 추적 관찰됩니다.
수술 전후 CPAP 사용 데이터는 스마트 CPAP 장치에서 환자 인터뷰, 차트 검토 및 모니터링 기록을 통해 수집됩니다.

제외 기준:
