이 연구는 에피루비신 및 시클로포스파미드로 보조 화학요법을 받은 후 매주 도세탁셀 또는 매주 파클리탁셀을 투여받은 절제된 고위험 유방암 환자의 생물학적 물질에 대한 다국적 통합 분석이었습니다.

이것은 Hellenic Cooperative Oncology Group(HeCOG) 부속 종양학과에서 치료를 받고 있는 절제된 고위험 유방암 환자의 생물학적 물질에 대한 초국가적 분석이었습니다.
이 연구는 아래 설명된 치료를 받은 두 개의 개별 순차적 타당성 연구의 통합 분석이었습니다.
참여한 환자는 18세 이상, 모든 폐경기 상태의 여성으로 2주마다 3주기 동안 에피루비신을 받은 후 2주마다 시클로포스파미드로 3주기를 받은 후 3주 후에 도세탁셀 또는 파클리탁셀로 9주 주기를 받았습니다.
G-CSF는 에피루비신과 시클로포스파미드로 치료하는 동안 각 주기의 2-7일에 제공되었습니다.
수용체 양성 상태의 모든 폐경 전 환자는 타목시펜 20mg p.o. 5년 동안 매일.
수용체 양성 상태의 모든 폐경 후 환자는 5년 동안 아나스트라졸 1mg으로 치료를 받았습니다.
수술 유형(보존적 또는 근치적)에 관계없이 부분 유방 절제술 또는 종양 크기 > 5cm 및/또는 양성 림프절이 4개 이상인 경우 모든 환자(폐경 전 또는 폐경 후)에 대해 RT가 필요했습니다.

설명
포함 기준:
- 유선의 조직학적으로 확인된 상피암.
- 조기 유방암이 있고 겨드랑이 림프절(T 1-3 N1 M0) 또는 고위험 N0 환자를 포함하는 폐경 전 및 후 환자. N0 환자는 다음 기준 중 하나 이상을 충족하는 경우 "고위험"으로 간주됩니다. T>= 2cm, 에스트로겐 수용체(ER)/프로게스테론 수용체(PgR) 음성, HER-2 3+, 혈액 또는 림프관 또는 신경 침윤, 등급 3.
- 백혈구 수(WBC) > 4 x 109/l, 혈소판 > 100 x 109/l.
- 혈청 크레아티닌, 아스파르테이트 아미노전이효소(AST/SGOT), 알라닌 아미노전이효소(ALT/SGPT), 감마-글루타밀전이효소, 혈청 빌리루빈 1.3mg/ml가 참여 병원의 정상 범위 내입니다.
- 성과 상태(WHO) 0 또는 1.
- 연령 >=18세
- 이전 수술 치료: 근치 수술 또는 부분 유방 절제술의 경우 조직학적으로 확인된 2cm 이상의 안전한 여유와 액와 림프절 절제 결과가 있습니다.
- 심각한 심장 질환의 증거 없음
제외 기준:
- 지난 12개월 이내에 심근 경색 또는 심부전(디지털리스 및 이뇨제로 제어되는 심부전 포함) 또는 약물이 필요한 부정맥 또는 제어되지 않는 동맥 고혈압(BP> 200/110mmHg)의 병력. 정상 기준 좌심실 박출률(LVEF)은 MUGA(Multigated Acquisition) 스캔 또는 심초음파로 입증되어야 합니다.
