입원 환자 수술 후 환자의 80% 이상이 퇴원 후 사용하기 위해 오피오이드를 처방 받았지만 최대 90%의 환자가 남은 오피오이드를 보고했으며 16%만이 비오피오이드 요법을 최대화했습니다.

제외 기준:
- 이전 입원 후 30일 이내에 재입원한 환자
- 임산부
- 영어를 읽을 수 없는 환자
- 급성기 후 치료 시설로 퇴원한 환자
- 오피오이드, 아세트아미노펜 또는 NSAID에 대한 금기 사항이 있는 환자
- 수술 전 장기 오피오이드 요법(대부분의 날 > 3개월 동안 오피오이드 사용)의 AHRQ 정의를 충족하는 환자.
