상세 설명
목적: 이 전향적 코호트 연구의 목적은 새로운 강도 회복 진행 프로토콜(IRPP)과 심장 테스트를 사용하는 심장 재활(CR)의 운동 구성 요소에 대한 개별화된 물리 치료사(PT) 기반 하이브리드 모델의 효과를 확인하는 것이었습니다. 템플릿(CTT)을 사용하여 달성된 심박수 강도(AHRI%), 심박수 회복(HRR%) 및 총 강도 회복(IR%)을 치료 지침 지표로 평가합니다.
방법: 주관적 설문지 평가, 활력징후, 런닝머신 6분 걷기(6MW), 1분 기립(1STS), 1분 보폭(1ST), 1분 민첩성 제곱 테스트(1AST) 36회 방문 프로그램 동안 100명의 참가자를 대상으로 평가를 받았습니다. 하이브리드 모델은 PT를 중심으로 지속 시간이 길고 CAET(지속적 유산소 운동)와 저항성 훈련에 HIIT(고강도 간격 훈련)를 추가하고 1:1 치료 비율을 사용했습니다. IRPP와 CTT를 통한 임상적 의사결정을 바탕으로 치료 강도와 진행을 측정하였다.

설명
포함 기준:
- 심장 수술(CABG, 스텐트 배치를 통한 PCI 및 판막 교체)을 받았습니다.
- 수술은 지난 365일 이내였습니다.
- 독립적으로 시설 안으로 이동할 수 있습니다.
