Ontwikkelen en testen van implementatiestrategieën voor evidence-based preventie van obesitas in de kinderopvang

Onderzoekers zullen de impact testen van een verbeterde implementatiestrategie op de implementatie en de gezondheidsresultaten van kinderen met behulp van continue formatieve evaluatie.
Onderzoekers zullen de hypothese testen dat een betere trouw aan de implementatiestrategie (WISE) positief gerelateerd is aan kinduitkomsten (bijv. de inname van fruit en groenten door kinderen, BMI).

Onderzoekers zullen bepalen of de verbeterde strategie haalbaar en acceptabel is en een verbeterde implementatie, trouw en duurzaamheid aantoont met behulp van een hybride type 3-implementatieontwerp.
Onderzoekers verwachten dat de effectiviteit van WISE op de resultaten van kinderen zal variëren door het niveau van implementatiegetrouwheid, en een Hybrid 3-ontwerp stelt ons in staat om deze hypothese te onderzoeken).

De WISE-getrouwheidsmaatstaf zal het hele schooljaar worden gebruikt.
Het WISE-getrouwheidsinstrument wordt beoordeeld op een schaal van 1 tot 4, waarbij 4 het hoogste niveau van getrouwheid vertegenwoordigt.
Elk kernonderdeel wordt beoordeeld met 2 items.
Gemiddelde getrouwheidsscores boven de 3 worden geacht voldoende getrouwheid van een onderdeel weer te geven.
Dat wil zeggen, de 2 items op elke getrouwheidscomponent werden gemiddeld; een gemiddelde van meer dan 3 werd beschouwd als het bereiken van trouw.
We rapporteren over het totale aantal klaslokalen dat in elke toestand in de lente (eindbeoordeling) getrouwheid heeft bereikt voor de evidence-based praktijken van WISE.
