Inclusiecriteria:
- Angst en depressie checklist (K10) score van 16 of hoger
- Zorgmedewerker
- Voldoende beheersing van de Duitse taal
- Toegang tot teleconferentieplatform
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Doet momenteel mee aan een soortgelijk onderzoek
- Momenteel in psychotherapeutische behandeling / coaching
- Momenteel meer dan 2 weken met ziekteverlof

4 RECHARGE-sessies van 1 uur worden binnen 2 weken online geleverd via Skype for Business.

RECHARGE is een verkorte en aangepaste versie van Problem Management Plus (PM+), een evidence-based interventie die helpt bij het omgaan met stress in tijden van crisis. Recharge is speciaal ontwikkeld voor HCW's als een korte psychologische interventie voor volwassenen die worden getroffen door tegenspoed die voortvloeit uit blootstelling aan stress en leert mensen drie goed gedocumenteerde strategieën om met acute stress om te gaan. De strategieën zijn: a) omgaan met stress, b) omgaan met zorgen, c) zinvolle activiteit. Het omvat psycho-educatie, technieken voor het verminderen van opwinding, omgaan met zorgen en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, gedragsactivering, verbetering van zinvolle activiteiten en terugvalpreventie, die allemaal gebaseerd zijn op de principes van cognitieve gedragstherapie. RECHARGE wordt online geleverd in een 1 op 1 setting tussen coach en deelnemer. Getrainde collega's (artsen, verpleegkundigen, psychologen) treden op als coaches. |

Actieve vergelijker: Online zelfstudie van strategieën voor stressmanagement
Zelfstudie gedurende 2 weken.

HCW's worden verwezen naar enkele aanbevolen webpagina's die goed gevalideerde, adaptieve copingstrategieën schetsen voor het omgaan met stress.
