- 参与者必须理解并签署知情同意书。
- 参与者必须年满 18 岁。
- 参与者必须患有经基因证实的 VHL 疾病。
- 参与者必须在一只或两只眼睛中继发于 VHL 的视神经血管瘤。
- 参与者必须患有视神经肿瘤,该肿瘤已导致 microperimetry-1 上与视网膜血管瘤相关的任何视野抑制,或者参与者临床上可能有与视网膜血管瘤相关的硬渗出物,或者最佳矫正视力为 20/40 或更差在书房眼中。
- 参与者必须有清晰的眼部介质和足够的瞳孔扩张才能进行高质量的立体眼底摄影。
- 所有有生育能力的女性在基线时必须进行阴性尿妊娠试验,并且在服用苹果酸舒尼替尼期间定期进行阴性妊娠试验。 (苹果酸舒尼替尼具有潜在的致畸或流产作用,目前尚无关于其对孕妇安全性的数据)。

排除标准
- 参与者有严重心脏病史(过去五年内)或有严重心脏病的证据,包括符合纽约心脏协会 (NYHA) III 级和 IV 级定义的心力衰竭、不受控制的心律失常、需要抗心律失常药物的心律失常或患有活动性缺血性心脏病,包括进入研究后 12 个月内出现心肌梗塞和控制不佳的心绞痛。
- 参与者有严重室性心律失常(室性心动过速或心室颤动,连续≥ 3 次)或左心室射血分数≤ 40% 的病史。
- 参与者有严重并发医学疾病史。
- 参与者在进入研究后 12 个月内发生过短暂性脑缺血发作或脑血管意外。
- 参与者患有无法用药物控制的高血压(尽管进行了最佳药物治疗,但收缩压持续升高 > 150 或舒张压 > 100 mmHg)。
- 参与者正在接受抗凝治疗,包括阿司匹林。
- 母乳喂养的参与者,因为继发于使用苹果酸舒尼替尼治疗的哺乳婴儿的不良事件存在未知但潜在的风险。
- 参与者在进入研究后的一个月内接受过任何重大外科手术或手术疤痕尚未愈合。
- 参与者已知对荧光素染料严重过敏。

- 参与者既往或合并有非 VHL 相关恶性肿瘤,但经过充分治疗的皮肤基底细胞癌或鳞状细胞癌或患者已保持无病状态超过五年的任何其他恶性肿瘤除外。
- 参加者在进入研究前 4 周内(亚硝基脲类或丝裂霉素 C 为 6 周)接受过化疗或放疗,或由于给药超过四个星期前。
- 参与者正在接受其他调查代理人。
- 患有已知脑转移的参与者(除非得到充分控制,即在入组前 ≥ 6 个月未变大),不包括血管母细胞瘤,这是一种已知的大脑 VHL 并发症。
