研究者在肠外营养给药过程中共收集了 18 名诊断为 SBS 的婴儿的 26 份粪便样本,这些样本根据入组患者在采样时的并发症分为三组:无症状组、中心导管相关血流感染组和肝损伤组团体。
选取7名辅食健康婴儿作为对照。
还通过 16S 核糖体核糖核酸 (rRNA) 基因测序、酶联免疫吸附测定和液相/气相色谱法检测粪便微生物群、sIgA 和钙卫蛋白、胆汁酸和短链脂肪酸。
