详细说明
研究组的参与者将在拔管前接受单次推注 Sugammadex (4.0mg/kg)。
在麻醉后监护室 (PACU),盲法安全评估员将使用视觉模拟量表对术后疼痛进行临床评估。
术后恶心和呕吐 (PONV) 将使用 PONV 评定量表每 30 分钟评估一次,直到 PACU 出院。
所有患者都将接受连续脉搏血氧仪监测。

纳入标准:
- 计划进行开放式腹疝修补术或开放式结肠切除术的患者
- ASA I-III级
- 18岁及以上
- 体重指数 (BMI) <45kg/m2 且体重低于 150kg 的受试者
- 给予书面知情同意的受试者
排除标准:
- 患有不适合使用 TOF-Watch® SX 的医疗条件和/或正在接受外科手术的受试者(例如,拇指/前臂远端受伤、双侧尺神经损伤或装有心脏起搏器的受试者)
- 已知或怀疑患有损害神经肌肉阻滞的神经肌肉疾病的受试者(例如,患有重症肌无力的受试者)
- 已知或怀疑患有严重肾功能障碍的受试者(例如 肌酐清除率 < 30 mL.min-1
- 已知或怀疑有恶性高热(家族)史的受试者;有明显的肝功能障碍
- 已知或怀疑对阿片类药物/阿片类药物、肌肉松弛剂或全身麻醉期间使用的其他药物过敏的受试者;
- 已知或疑似对 Sugammadex 或其他环糊精或罗库溴铵或其任何赋形剂过敏的受试者
- 对罗库溴铵或 Sugammadex 有禁忌症的受试者
- 怀孕的女性受试者
- BMI > 45 kg/m2 或体重超过 150 kg 的病态肥胖受试者
