患有慢性机械性颈部疼痛的患者将被指导使用标准智能手机浏览网页,时间为 10 或 30 分钟,同时在两个单独的会议上坐在标准椅子上。 任务持续时间将通过 Excel 软件生成的随机顺序进行测试。

描述
纳入标准:
- 年龄18-60岁的成年女性患者。
- 被诊断为慢性机械性颈部疼痛超过 3 个月。
- 患者应至少有一年使用触摸屏智能手机的经验。
- 颈部残疾指数 (NDI) 的颈部损伤超过 8%。
排除标准:
- 过去一年内有上肢受伤或手术史
- 视觉问题、头晕和眩晕
- 上肢或脊柱的任何畸形
- 既往脊柱手术史。
- 干扰平衡和感觉的神经系统或全身性疾病
- 腰痛或畸形。
- 患有恶性肿瘤、感染、炎症、脊髓病等任何危险信号的患者。
- 如果患者在坐着和站着时有任何身体困难会干扰智能手机的使用。
