HÁTTÉR: A nyaki fájdalom a mozgásszervi megbetegedések egyik leggyakoribb oka, előfordulási gyakorisága akár 86,8%. Megzavarhatja a mindennapi életben szokásos tevékenységek végzésének képességét (ADL).
- növeli a nyaki fájdalmat a középkorúaknál, összehasonlítva a krónikus mechanikus fiatal felnőtt betegekkel.
- csökkenti a nyaki helyzetérzékelést a középkorúak körében, összehasonlítva a krónikus mechanikai nyaki fájdalomban szenvedő fiatal felnőtt betegekkel.
- növeli a DCF-fáradtságot középkorúaknál a krónikus mechanikai nyaki fájdalomban szenvedő fiatal felnőtt betegekhez képest.
KUTATÁSI KÉRDÉS: Az okostelefon-használat megnövekedett időtartama fokozza-e a nyaki fájdalmat, a méhnyak repozíciós hibáját és a DCF-fáradtságot középkorúaknál, összehasonlítva a krónikus mechanikai nyaki fájdalomban szenvedő fiatal felnőttekkel?

Részletes leírás
A krónikus mechanikai nyakfájdalomban szenvedő betegeket arra utasítják, hogy szabványos okostelefont használjanak a webböngészésre, akár 10, akár 30 percig, miközben a szokásos széken ülnek két külön ülésen.
