描述
纳入标准:
- 男女不限,18岁至65岁。
- 能够提供知情同意。
- 作为严重下肢手术损伤的外伤出现在斯坦福急诊科
- 入院或拔管后 24 小时内格拉斯哥昏迷评分为 15
- 非法物质尿液毒理学筛查阴性;
- 如果女性小于 60 岁,则妊娠试验阴性;
- 根据护理标准,没有怀疑头部受伤和/或颅内出血或损伤的头部 CT 扫描阴性
- 没有癫痫症或其他神经系统疾病的病史。
- 包括的所有患者必须筛选阳性 PHQ-9 评分 > 4(抑郁症状阳性)和 CES-T 评分 <36(应对自我效能差)。
排除标准:
- 监禁,
- 怀孕的女性,
- 先前的精神障碍,
- 当前使用抗抑郁或抗精神病药物,
- 入院前 30 天内使用阿片类药物(将使用 CURES 报告筛查患者最近是否使用处方阿片类药物),
- 大量饮酒,
- 病变性神经障碍或脑植入物或颅内铁磁物质,
- 癫痫症

医院焦虑和抑郁量表 (HADS)(Zigmond & Snaith,1983)是一个 14 项测量,旨在评估内科患者的焦虑和抑郁症状,重点是减少身体疾病对总分的影响。
抑郁症项目往往侧重于抑郁症的快感缺乏症状。
项目按 4 点严重性量表(0 到 3)进行评级。
总分范围从 0 到 42,分数越低,症状越少。
HADS产生两种量表,一种用于焦虑(HADS-A),一种用于抑郁(HADS-D),区分两种状态;每个子量表的得分范围从 0 到 21,得分越低,症状越少。
