- 年龄 > 18 岁。
- 肾移植:移植后超过 6-12 个月且肾功能稳定
- IFG:100-125 mg/dl 和 IGT 140-199 mg/dl。

一个计划的锻炼计划来测试这种治疗的影响。

在 10-12 小时过夜禁食后,将在筛选基线和 3、6、9、12 个月后进行标准 75 克 OGTT,并在 0 分钟(葡萄糖-胰岛素)和 120 分钟(葡萄糖)时采集样本。
患者必须临床稳定,没有可能诱发短暂性高血糖或胰岛素抵抗的情况,即感染、急性排斥反应、肾功能衰竭或心血管疾病。
