- 신장 이식: 안정적인 신장 기능을 가진 이식 후 6-12개월 이후
- IFG: 100-125mg/dl 및 IGT 140-199mg/dl.
- 운동을 수행할 수 있는 능력 또는 능력.
제외 기준:
- 운동으로 치료할 수 없는 임상적 상태, 즉 임상적 불안정성: 활동성 감염, 암, 급성 심혈관 질환, 진행성 신장 질환, 폐고혈압, 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환, 중증 류머티즘 장애, 관절증, 관절염 사지 절단 등

이 치료의 영향을 테스트하기 위한 계획된 운동 프로그램.
유산소 운동의 빈도와 지속 시간을 늘리고 궁극적으로 무산소/저항 훈련을 추가하기 위해 중간 시점에서 구강 포도당 내성 검사(OGTT).

현재 연구에서 당뇨병 전증이 입증된 신장 이식 환자는 당뇨병 전증의 가역성에 대한 이 치료의 영향을 테스트하기 위해 계획된 운동 프로그램을 수행할 것입니다.

경구 포도당 내성 검사(OGTT)

10-12시간의 하룻밤 금식 후, 0분(포도당-인슐린) 및 120분(포도당)에 샘플을 채취한 표준 75g OGTT가 스크리닝 기준선과 3,6,9,12개월 후에 수행됩니다.
환자는 일시적인 고혈당증 또는 인슐린 저항성을 유발할 수 있는 상태, 즉 감염, 급성 거부반응, 신부전 또는 심혈관 질환 없이 임상적으로 안정적이어야 합니다.
이러한 조건 중 하나라도 존재하면 완전히 회복된 후 최소 3개월 동안 테스트를 연기했습니다.
또한 혈청 및 소변 샘플을 채취하여 영하 80도에 보관합니다.

심폐 운동 검사(CPTE)는 호기 가스 분석을 수집하는 동안 트레드밀에서 수행됩니다41.
테스트는 낮은 작업 속도에서 시작하여 중단 표시가 감지되거나 의지적으로 탈진할 때까지 점차적으로 증가42합니다.
참가자를 위해 선택된 작업량은 8-12분 간격43에서 최대 노력(피크 운동)에 도달하는 것을 목표로 설계되어야 합니다.
