Pacientes ventilados mecánicamente sometidos a anestesia general para cirugía durante un período de una semana
Descripción
Criterios de inclusión:
- Edad ≥ 18 años
- Todos los procedimientos quirúrgicos que requieran ventilación mecánica invasiva (VM) durante la anestesia general para cirugía laparoscópica o no laparoscópica.
- Esto incluye la VM realizada con dispositivos supraglóticos (p. máscara laríngea)
- Esto incluye pacientes que reciben VM al inicio del procedimiento (p. pacientes de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos)
- Esto incluye a los pacientes que recibirán ventilación de un solo pulmón durante el procedimiento.
Criterio de exclusión:
- Procedimientos quirúrgicos obstétricos o cualquier procedimiento durante el embarazo
- Procedimientos quirúrgicos fuera del quirófano
- Procedimientos quirúrgicos que implican circulación extracorpórea

Periodo de tiempo: Postoperatorio el día de la cirugía, día 1, 2,3,4,5 y día 28

Efecto de los ajustes de ventilación mecánica durante la anestesia general para cirugía en la incidencia de complicaciones pulmonares posoperatorias (ventilación mecánica invasiva o no invasiva nueva o prolongada, necesidad de oxigenoterapia, insuficiencia respiratoria, neumonía, SDRA "Síndrome de dificultad respiratoria aguda", neumotórax ) Las complicaciones pulmonares postoperatorias definidas se registran en la historia clínica los días 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5 después de la cirugía.
El día 28 se evalúan la duración de la estancia hospitalaria y la muerte hospitalaria.
