この第 II 相ランダム化研究は、切除不能な局所進行扁平上皮肺がんに対するニモツズマブと化学放射線療法の併用の有効性と毒性を調べることを目的としています。
すべての患者は、胸部放射線の根治的投与と、ドセタキセルとシスプラチンの同時化学療法を毎週、それぞれ1日ずつ受ける予定でした。
ニモツズマブ群は化学放射線療法と併用した毎週のニモツズマブ(200mg、IV)で治療され、対照群は化学放射線療法で治療された。

- 組織学的に肺扁平上皮がんと確認された
- 患者は固形腫瘍における反応評価基準(RECIST)基準に基づいて測定可能または評価可能な病変を持っている
- CTまたはMRIで確認された切除不能なIIIA相(N2)およびIIIB相肺がん
- ECOG パフォーマンス ステータス 0-1
- 以前に化学療法を受けている、または治療歴がない
- 過去に胸部放射線療法、免疫療法、または生物療法を受けていない。
- ヘモグロビン≧10 mg/dL、血小板≧100000/μL、好中球絶対数≧1500/μL
- 血清クレアチニン≤1.25倍正常上限(UNL)、またはクレアチニンクリアランス≧60 ml/分
- ビリルビン≦1.5倍UNL、AST(SGOT)≦2.5倍UNL、ALT(SGPT)≦2.5倍UNL、アルカリホスファターゼ≦5倍UNL
- FEV1 >0.8L
- CB6は正常範囲内
- 患者とその家族はインフォームドコンセントに署名しました
除外基準:
- 腺扁平上皮癌
- 以前または最近の別の悪性腫瘍(非黒色腫皮膚がんまたは上皮内子宮頸がんを除く)
- 化学療法の禁忌
- 妊娠中、授乳期の女性、または初回投与の14日前に妊娠検査を受けていない女性
- 避妊せずに妊娠する可能性がある女性
- 出血傾向
- 30日以内の他の臨床試験
- 薬物やアルコール中毒、エイズ患者
- 自制心のない発作や精神病患者
- 重度のアレルギーまたは特異体質
