상세 설명
급성 신장 손상(AKI)은 중환자실(ICU) 환자에서 흔히 발견되는 질환입니다. 환자의 약 30~65%가 AKI를 경험하고, ICU 환자의 5%는 신대체요법을 받는다. AKI는 중요한 단기 및 장기 이환율과 사망률과 관련이 있으므로 비용과도 관련이 있습니다. 마지막으로, 만성 신장 질환(CKD)과 AKI 사이에는 밀접한 관련이 있습니다. CKD 환자는 AKI 발병 위험이 더 높으며 신대체 요법(AKI-RRT)으로 치료받은 AKI 생존자는 만성 신장 질환(CKD) 및 말기 신장 질환(ESKD)이 발생할 수 있습니다.
